- Feasibility studies for water supply networks, drinking water treatment plants (DWTP’s), sewerage, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP’s) and solid waste management for Bansko and Sandanski
- For each of the settlements:
– Determining the current and future projected population equivalent, based on the city’s development;
– Assessment of water sources and opportunities for water supply;
– Assessment of the main collectors of the existing sewerage system and the need for rehabilitation/reconstruction;
– Recruitment of realistic and effective database for evaluation of investment;

– Cares for Environment and Impacts: Potable Water/ Wastewater/ Solid Waste;

- Feasibility studies – Examination of existing water/wastewater, structure (water abstraction zones and potable water quality, water losses, water supply, and sewage networks and facilities, wastewater quality (domestic and industrial), wastewater parameters at discharge points, analyzes of wastewater samples);
- Water demand analysis;
- Estimated quantities of wastewater;
- Potable and wastewater quality;
- Degree of treatment and water standards;
- Treatment plants dimensioning data;
- Technological schemes (P&ID) for potable and wastewater treatment;
- Recovery of treated sludge;
- Industrial wastewater control (description of existing local treatment facilities);
- Municipal waste management;
- Proposals and concept design for water supply networks, incl. reconstruction of existing, sewage networks and process schemes for WWTP and WWTP;
- Techno-economic and socio-environmental assessment, investment evaluation;
- Development of an investment program.
