Design parameters:

  • Industrial wastewater treatment plant from ethanol production (from cereal fermentation) with following parameters of the wastewater:
    – Aver. daily wastewater flow– 420 m³/d;
    – COD = 80 000 mg/l;
    – BOD5 = 37 000 mg/l;
    – Suspended solids = 700 mg/l;
    – pH = 3,5 ÷ 4,3;
    – N Kjeldahl = 3 059 mg/l;
    – P total = 880 mg/l;
    – Oil &grease = 1 392 mg/l;
    – Anionic synthetic surface active substances = 60 mg/l.

Performed activities:

  • Feasibility study, incl. selection of the optimum technological scheme of Industrial wastewater treatment;
  • Sampling, laboratory analysis, pilot studies;
  • Preliminary design.

Investment value of the project: 2 812 000 € (without VAT)
