Development of technical and economic documentation, which to include – collection and analysis of necessary data for the preparation of RFS for regional WSS projects, definition of a financing project to achieve compliance with European and Bulgarian legislation in the field of wastewater discharge into the sewerage and wastewater treatment, the quality and quantity of drinking water as well as the sustainable and efficient functioning of WSS systems and facilities.
The scope of the service includes all agglomerations with more than 2 000 PE with regard to wastewater discarge and treatment, and all settlements with more than 50 inhabitants regarding to drinking water. The sub-activities include carring out a measurement campaign, determining the borders and pollution loads of agglomerations, determination measures to achieve compliance with the European Union directives in the field of drinking water and wastewater, development of strategic and detailed options for water supply and sewage systems and facilities, as well as preparation of a regional feasibility study in the form of a report, a design with the investment measures for the designated territory for the agglomerations over 2 000 PE with regard to wastewater discharge and treatment and settlements over 50 inhabitants regarding drinking water supply, a priority project for financing for agglomerations over 10 000 PE and financial and economic analysis.
