FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE POSSIBILITIES FOR OPTIMIZATION OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR A POULTRY FACTORY KESKINOGLU - TURKEY

Design parameters:

  • WWTP for industrial wastewater from a poultry factory with a capacity of 200,000 t/a of poultry-meat and 1.5 billion eggs annually.
  • Average daily wastewater flow – 5 200 m³/d.
  • Wastewater parameters:
    – COD – 8 366 mg/l;
    – BOD5 – 3 514 mg/l;
    – Oil & grease – 1 090 mg/l;
    – Suspended solids – 2 160 mg/l;
    – N total – 242 mg/l;
    – P total – 24 mg/l.

Performed activities:

  • Feasibility study in six options for reconstruction and modernization of the existing WWTP;
  • Options analysis and selection of 2 options for a more detailed consideration, dimensioning;
  • Bill of quantities by aggregate indicators;
  • Determination of the investment intent.

Investment value of the project: 3 500 000 € (without VAT)
