Implementation period: 11/2017 – 12/2018

Design parameters:

• Automatic station for preparation of flocculant solution for servicing 5 pcs. filter presses, consisting of:
  – Big bag hopper system with a load capacity of 1 000 kg;
  – Mixing installation;
  – Preparation vessel for the preparation of a solution of 11.5 m³ volume;
  – Screw transfer pump with a capacity of 31.5 m³ / h;
  – 11.5 m³ working vessel (pumping vessel).
• The solution is automatically prepared at a predetermined concentration of 0.25 to 0.5%;
• Mixing of sludge and flocculant is through static mixers with multi-point injection, designed to handle liquids containing fibrous matter;
• Amount of dewatering sludge 1680 – 1920 m³/d.

Performed activities:

• Detailed design elaboration – all design parts;
• Design supervision;
• Preparation of as-built documentation;
• Assistance for start-up and commissioning.
